In this course, the learner will be exposed to the inner workings of MPLS L2 VPNs. Topics that are covered in this course include L2 VPN basics, the comparing and contrasting of Virtual Private Wire Service (VPWS) and Virtual Private LAN Service (VPLS) is discussed, the configuration of both Any Transport over MPLS (AToM) and VPLS are fully configured and explained. All course simulations are done using Cisco’s Virtual Internet Routing Lab (VIRL) software and all configurations are available in both text files and the original VIRL .virl format.
