I managed to install this with Microsoft Defender Real Time Protection turned off and by blocking all adobe domains in the hosts file. (Here is an updated list with the Adobe IPs github.com/Ruddernation-Designs/Adobe-URL-Block-List)

(When I installed it with RTP turned on, it kept prompting me “This is not an authorized Adobe product”.)
