Hello! My name is Zybrand and I’m a Houdini TD thanks for checking out my Patreon page. Here you will find tutorials, example files, and advice from me and some of my latest work. You can expect a mix of beginner, intermediate to advanced tutorials focused mainly on visual effect and simulation techniques to expand your bag of tricks.
About
I have loads of experience in film, series, and TV work. Visual effects is what I am passionate about so expect to see a lot of simulations on the page. I’ve had many request for tutorials on vimeo which is was my motivation for starting this page. Houdini it is very power software but it can be a hard beast to tame and my goal is to make it easier for others.
So what’s in it for you?
As a patron you will gain access to patron only content and early access to the free stuff. Even if you are not a patron and just want to follow my page you are welcome to do that because there is free content as well.
As community members questions from patrons will take priority and I will answer them as best I can. You will also get a chance to participate in patron only polls.
Why I need your help?
If you are on this page you are probably well aware that it takes time and effort to create cg content and I want to share the content I create and make tutorials, but I don’t want to become a full time teachers. So your support will help me get something tangible for that effort to help keep me going and produce more content.
I also want to use the feedback I get from patrons to guide what content I produce.
Where will the money go?
My earnings will go back into content creation. I will use it to maintain and keep equipment up to date. To fund software licenses, my web hosting and for vimeo plus subscription.
