Copy gigapixel.exe, rlm1611.dll to “C:\Program Files\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Gigapixel\”
Copy Topaz.lic to “C:\ProgramData\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Gigapixel\models\” (create it if not exist)

On my GUI, it says ‘Team V.R. Floating License’, so I think it is a Team V.R. release, but I’m not sure. It could also be the remains of an older installation.
It works perfectly well here without any need to block anything in the firewall.
